We have three simple purposes for processing your personal data:

  1. We must be able to respond to inquiries from you received from our contact form or via e-mail and telephone. The basis for this processing is what is called " legitimate interest " in the personal data protection regulation article 6 no. 1 letter f.

  2. We want to understand how well our websites work and be able to extract aggregated statistics about traffic and interest. The basis for this processing is either the consent you give to the use of Cookies (Article 6 no. 1 letter a), with the exception of Cookies that are used for purely technical reasons (in which case legitimate interest applies).

  3. We must follow up our customers and customer agreements, send invoices and keep accounts and report the necessary information to the authorities. Here, it is mainly the agreement that is the basis for the processing, i.e. Article 6 no. 1 letter bi of the Personal Protection Ordinance.
